Description
It basically will read an XTBL file (such as WEAPONS or EXPLOSIONS) and produces a txt file with a list of all the Unique_ID numbers in them and the <name> tag of the entry they correspond to!
This file is extremely useful as it allows you to identify quickly any Unique_ID slots that are unused, and also will show you if two entries have the same UID (the subsequent copies will be quite visibly indented).
I produced this for my own mod ("Action Faction") that i'm working on, but if it helps with your own work, GREAT!. If it is a help please let me know!
