Every single adjustment in this map that I can think of is better than the default version with one exception. Through out the map there are windows in the hallways and in them you see lava and rock/stone. In addition, when you go to second floor where shotgun is and stair up you see a sky. Both of these features are basically the same as the default version. I did notice you did put a basically transparent ceiling covering the sky on the 2nd floor. Anyway, the map would've been better if you changed the theme of these outside portions of the map mentioned in the last paragraph. I would have got rid of the lava and experimented with a hard surface like a desert with some cactus or a mars themed exterior. Sky box should've been changed too. Also map needs a satanic 2D Orion that randomly pops up when you look out one of the windows. I really like the HMG area. You replaced a poster with a bunch of boxes depicting an inaccessible portion of the map. Big improvement over beta10. It is notable to mention that I tested the lighting with my flux settings on and off in this version. I tested my flux settings in default dm02 with them on and off as well. The lighting looks better over the default regardless of whether or not flux is running. With the release of this version, there is no point in playing the default XJ15. After playing this a few times, playing the default feels weird now. 5/5 |

Good: hmg area, boxes, and stairs. Bad: lighting, removal of geo, and especially the ladder.
