I've been watching a lot of speedruns lately, and the one aspect that RF speedruns really miss when compared to other games is the movement. It's not feasible right now to implement proper air/ground acceleration (allowing bunny hopping/strafe jumping/etc.) in RF, so I made this mod. Note that it contains no advanced movement mechanics, just faster player speed.
That being said, it's honestly pretty fun.
MoveMod Version 1 is the most basic mod you can imagine - literally the only change is to make the player quicker. Entire list of changes are below.

Notes:
-Any other envirosuit miner (miner1) characters in the single player will also move quicker. May lead to unpredictable results - I haven't played the entire campaign with this mod yet.
-In single player, you will walk quicker and move quicker when in mid air. In multiplayer, you won't walk quicker, but you will still move quicker when jumping.
-Mods in Red Faction save player settings (volume, controls, etc.) separately from the base game. For this reason, I recommend you duplicate your players.cfg file (root Red Faction directory) and rename the copy to players_MoveModv1.cfg before launching the mod.
