Although I don't have an exact changelog for this mod, these are the changes I know of based on reviewing the included table files:
-Most text strings changed to Russian
-More ammo for most weapons
-More health and armor for the player
-Faster fire rate for AI on most weapons
-Faster rockets
-Larger geomod craters
-Faster player mode speed
