A mod I threw together quickly for ReaperAA on the Discord. Sets all single player weapon damage and spread values to match the multiplayer values.
Highlights:
-Grenades deal more damage, have a larger blast radius, and explode after 3 seconds as opposed to 5.
-Rail Driver deals much less damage, and is no longer instagib in most cases.
-Assault Rifle deals less damage and is much more accurate.
-Heavy Machine Gun deals less damage and is much more accurate.
-Fusion Rocket Launcher deals much more damage.
-Pistol deals much less damage.

-Remote Charge damage 500->350, damage radius 5.0->8.0
-Baton alt damage 120->80
-Pistol damage 40->25
-Shotgun damage 40->35, spread degrees 3.0->2.75, alt spread degrees 6.0->4.0
-Sniper Rifle damage 250->150, spread degrees 1.5->0.25
-Rocket Launcher damage 400->275
-Assault Rifle damage 60->40, spread degrees 0.8->0.25, alt spread degrees 4.0->0.75
-Submachine Gun damage 40->30, spread degrees 2.0->1.0
-Submachine Gun (5.56mm ammo mode) damage 45->50, spread degrees 2.0->3.0
-Grenade damage 150->250, velocity 10.0->12.5, lifetime 5.0->3.0, damage radius 8.0->12.0
