This is the final version of my submission for the RFU5 event. As an avid fan of the Silent Hill franchise, I felt that this map was the long awaited merging of the two passions. This month that it took to make it was a massive amount of work done, skills gained, and some dedication. The map is a near 1:1 remake of the Silent Hill 1 Midwich Elementary School. All credit to the original design team at Konami with Hideo Kojima.

Vel's attention to detail is incredible, and Midwich delivers an eerie, atmospheric experience that perfectly captures the unsettling tone of Silent Hill. Incredible attention to detail and a very spooky and immersive atmosphere. The puzzle is pretty neat too, if you can survive long enough to solve it.

Really felt like I was playing SH1 again, especially with the music and the little spooky sounds here and there. Amazing job!

Captures the spooky atmosphere and the details are right on point! Congrats on even cutting the map size way lower than it originally used to be from 500mb lol.
