Fixed version of Mayan Run.

Notable changes:
-Properly positioned spawn points so you don't spawn facing a wall
-Added additional spawn points in each base and spread them out to reduce excessive spawnkilling
-Added a few extra armour packs to areas that were sparse
-Applied "lighting trick" to help with visibility of other players in dark areas
-Fixed some minor lighting issues
-Fixed visible seams in skybox
-Added instant death to pits so you don't have to swim around waiting to die
-Fixed up geo region bounds
-Added additional team side indicators to reduce confusion when navigating the map
-Fixed areas where you could jump out of the level
-Renamed some textures that previously had generic names to reduce risk of filename conflicts with other installed maps/mods
