Revised version of PDM04: Medical Hub - inspired by the Quake Series map "Aerowalk"

The primary improvement in this version is the much better portaling which results in incredible performance improvements. During testing, in some cases performance was literally doubled in this version when compared to the original. Some other very minor gameplay changes and additional performance optimizations were also made.

As always, this is NOT the final version. It may have bugs, etc. I'm open to any and all comments and critiques. I'll be in the #map-mod-development channel on the RF Community Discord for any feedback you may have - please critique the map
