Level 1 Hut
You somehow find yourself investigating a Hut wich appears to be small but has a little secret to it. Capek seems to be there or something and is trying to kill you.

Level 2 Traped
You think you've found away out in the ventalation system but theres a dead end and the only way out is to jump down. Then you find out your traped or are you?
------------------------------------------
Level 3 Hospital
You get injured in the Traped level and wake up to find yourself in a small medical room with Red Faction members. Then all of a sudden Ultor guards break in and you find yourself on the run. And this seems to all crumble up when you save Eos and the game ends.
