Does anyone have any opinions on coping with this sort of stuff? Or general ways of coping...
I've found that video games is one of the few things stimulating enough to keep my mind attached to my body (Due to dispersonalization).
In the brighter side, I've lost 9 pounds...? I'm 6'1-6'2 and weighed 160 before.
I've found that exercising doesn't help. It actually enduced a panic attack last time I tried (scary as fuck, btw).
Hopefully the sertraline helps...eventually.

??
whats your problem? you get scared from exercising?
That's not what he said, please stop making a fool of yourself. "Panic attacks" is a colloquial term, and it does not necessarily mean that the person is afraid (other than the fear during the attack itself).
when i first started exercising (i mean running) my heart went crazy, hard to breath, started gagging, felt faint, couldnt even stand....but was just out of shape lolz

yes I'm sure . I've gone through training and exercise regime's for the past few months and completed a half marathon so...It's not a problem of being able to do it. It's simply....I get so shaky and my brain freaks out.
