I know this thread didn't cover this question, so i open a new thread if i must, but why are some stuff undestroyable ? For example i can't destroy an 'offchair', but i can a 'posh_chair'. How can i make 'offchair' destroyable ?

Without a mod, you can't. Those settings are unique to the object, and unlike pretty much every other engine, those settings cannot be changed on a per-map basis. It sucks.

Okay, then i use posh_chair, and make my own table, because they are undestroyable too. Thanks again !

There are ways to make destructible objects indestructible, but not to make indestructible objects destructible
