September 2019 is special in two ways around here - Sept 17 is the 18th anniversary of Red Faction's release on PC, and Sept 27 is the 10th anniversary of the launch of FactionFiles.com. We're celebrating FactionFiles being a decade old (and Red Faction nearing two decades) with the launch of
Red Faction Game Night!

What are RF Game Nights?
Simply put, RF Game Nights are casual and noncompetitive events where the community can rally together and have fun playing the game we all love! Each RF Game Night event will be different - gametypes and maps will be switched up every time, and occasionally we'll throw in other "twists" (stay tuned)
When will RF Game Nights take place?
We've got 5 events scheduled as of now, beginning with this Saturday (Sept 14), and continuing every two weeks after that. We encourage you after each event to share your feedback on the time, frequency, and theme, and we'll make any necessary adjustments to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy the events!
Which RF Game Nights are currently scheduled?
Please refer to the
#rf-game-night-schedule channel on the
FactionFiles Discord for the latest schedule!
Is there anything else I should know about how RF Game Night events will work?
Maplists will be provided prior to each RF Game Night event to allow players to download them ahead of time if they choose. Immediately before each RF Game Night event begins, we will ping the
Game Night Player role in the
#rf-game-night channel on the
FactionFiles Discord to inform players the event is about to start!
