Would it be possible to do a Red Faction 2 conversion in the RF1 engine to provide all the destructible decoration potential I would so much like that a mod exists to really appreciate RF2 it would be too cool :D

Would definitely be possible to recreate most of RF2 in RF1, but I'm not aware of a way to directly port it or anything like that.

Sorry I prefer not to join discord because I am very bad in English and the problem on discord we can not use a translator is very heady, but I would really like that this mod idea is implemented by modders as with the Half-Life Faction mod!

So you want an entire game of RF2 directly ported into RF1 engine.

Probability is on stake. One because it would be too much of hard work, and two i doubt this would be happening unless both games share the same engine and mapping/scripting tools.

Yes I would like it to be a total conversion because for me the biggest flaw in Red Faction 2 is that the developers downgraded the geomod engine on RF2 and at that time when I was younger I was very disappointed, that's why I've always preferred RF1. But I love the history and the level design of RF2.
